Current Class Procedures
CLASS PROCEDURES AND FEES
You MUST pre-register for class and sign all necessary waivers. If you cannot attend a class you are registered for, please cancel your enrollment at least one or more hours in advance - members will be subject to a late cancel fee if canceling within the hour before class begins. We are all moms, and we understand that the motherhood is very real and often unpredictable, but team members cannot cancel for you if you can no longer attend.
Members: No shows and late cancellations will result in a $10 charge.
A three (3) mom minimum is required for classes to be held. If less than 3 moms are enrolled an hour before the start time, class will be canceled and no penalties will be issued to those enrolled.
We require members to bring their own equipment. If you do not have a band, you can purchase from us or borrow from your instructor on-site. Equipment used for class must be purchased from FIT4MOM McAllen.
CHILDREN AND STROLLER SAFETY
All children under the age of 5 years old must stay in their strollers for the duration of stroller fitness classes. If your child is over 5 years old, ask us about our Big Kid Waiver so they can walk beside you as we change stations and sit near you during the workout.
If baby wearing, children must be in a structured carrier. Soft carriers such as ring slings, wraps, and others are not allowed as they do not provide enough support.
INCLEMENT WEATHER
In the event of precipitation, workouts without available coverings will be moved indoors or canceled if indoor space is unavailable.
- If the temperature is forecasted to be below 50°F during the time of class, the class will be moved indoors or canceled. We'll make the final call an hour before the start of class and let you know the answer via social media, push notification, email, and text (must be enrolled in the class to get notified of any changes.)
ILLNESSES
If you and/or any member of your household have any symptoms of illness within 24 hours, please stay home to reduce the spread.
If you and/or the children with you show visible signs of illness, you may be asked to leave and return when everyone is feeling well.
We respect and welcome every mom, and our goal is to make sure every mom feels safe and comfortable in our classes. We ask that all moms be respectful of one another.
Should you have any questions or concerns about our process, please let us know. We look forward to seeing you in class soon!
