Playgroup Arts & Craft: DIY American Flag Handprint T-Shirt

OPEN TO EVERYONE but you MUST bring your own white shirt or oneise to decorate! Craft paint will be provided to those who sign up in advance. It will get messy, so bring wipes, a towel, or an apron to clean up.
