Read (or listen to) as much of the book as you can. Ideally, you will have finished the book before next meeting, but no biggie if not. Beware of spoilers that will be discussed, though. We understand mom-life happens and this is a “no guilt zone”!

Participation is encouraged both online and in person to make the most out of your time in book club. The whole reason for our meetings is to chat about what we’ve read. We’ll have check ins on our Facebook group as well.

Conversations during meeting times should be about the book. We only have an hour and we want to make sure everyone has a chance to speak what’s on their mind about the book. Off topic conversations can happen before or after our meeting, or we’ll try to carve out some time during the meeting for mama chats.

Please be respectful of each other in person and online. Guilt tripping, talking over someone often, gossiping, or any other unkind behavior will not be tolerated and you will be asked to leave.

Kids are always welcome but must be respectful of other kids and moms, and library property. Any messes must be cleaned up as best as possible or notify library staff of an accident. To keep everyone healthy, we kindly ask that you PLEASE not bring sick children!

Must RSVP in advance. This helps group leaders plan accordingly and make everyone aware of changes or cancellations to the meeting. PLEASE let us know if you are not able to make it by unenrolling ahead of time or messaging a group leader.
