Saturday Workouts Are BACK

We heard you, mamas — and we’re so excited to announce that Saturday workouts are officially back on the schedule at FIT4MOM McAllen!

For a limited time, we’re bringing back weekend classes to help you start your Saturday strong, energized, and connected to Our Village.

Details:

  • 📍 Location: Bill Schupp Park

  • 🗓 Dates: March 7 – April 25

  • Time: 9:00–10:00am

  • 🔁 Format: Alternating weekly between Stroller Strides and Strides 360

What to Expect: Our Alternating Saturday Lineup

Stroller Strides®

Stroller Strides is our signature total-body workout designed specifically for moms with little ones in tow. This 60-minute class combines strength training, cardio, and core work — all while engaging your child in the stroller.

Expect:

  • Functional movements designed for motherhood

  • Bodyweight and resistance-based strength training

  • Cardio bursts to get your heart pumping

  • Core restoration and balance work

  • Songs, bubbles, and interactive moments to keep little ones happy

Our instructors are certified in pre- and postnatal fitness, so whether you’re newly postpartum (with healthcare provider clearance) or years into motherhood, you’ll get a workout that’s both safe and effective.

You’ll leave feeling stronger, empowered, and connected — because Stroller Strides is about more than fitness. It’s about building friendships and finding #StrengthInMotherhood.

Strides 360™

Strides 360 is a heart-pumping, full-body workout that blends cardio, strength, and agility for maximum impact. This class uses timed intervals and functional training to challenge your endurance while improving total-body strength.

Expect:

  • Interval-based cardio bursts

  • Strength circuits

  • Agility drills

  • Core training

  • A motivating, high-energy atmosphere

Strides 360 is perfect if you’re ready to level up your fitness while still enjoying the supportive community FIT4MOM is known for. It’s challenging, scalable, and designed to meet you exactly where you are.
