How the Challenge Works
Over the course of 14 days, you’ll build simple, lasting hydration habits that actually fit your busy life. Here’s how we break it down:
WEEK 1: Build the Habit
- Goal: Half your body weight in ounces of water per day (see chart below)
- Tips: Drink a glass in the morning, before lunch, and before dinner
- Tools: Use our printable tracker to check off each day and stay accountable
WEEK 2: Step It Up
- Goal: Half your body weight in ounces of water per day, trying to avoid drinking anything but water
- Tips: Pair drinking water with daily habits like brushing teeth, nursing, or working out (also known as habit stacking)
- Bonus Challenge: Try a water-only day and celebrate when you hit your daily target

✅ Count It:
- Water (still or sparkling)
- Infused water
- Electrolyte drinks (low sugar)
- Coconut water
🚫 Doesn’t Count:
- Soda
- Juice
- Coffee (diuretic)
- Energy drinks
- Alcohol
